In addition, there is a butler's pantry, and a two car garage which includes laundry facilities, refrigerator, and 2 utility rooms for garden equipment and a generator.

Guest Cottage: Spacious living room/dining room combination with cathedral ceilings opening onto a rectangular terrace facing the beach. Small kitchen with refrigerator, double stainless steel sinks, electric stove, and microwave. The bedroom overlooking the ocean has an adjoining bathroom. There is another full bathroom off the living room.
